Our Process

 Fill out our contact form and share a little about your child. From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps. We look forward to supporting your family. 

 You’ll receive a call from our team within 48 business hours. During this time, we’ll confirm eligibility, connect with your insurance, and collect the details needed to begin services with confidence and clarity. 

 Once eligibility has been confirmed,  your Board Certified Behavior Analyst will schedule the in-home assessment, meet with your child, complete an initial assessment, and create a personalized plan that reflects their individual strengths and needs. This process takes approximately 2 weeks. 

 When the assessment is complete and authorization is in place, you’ll meet your Registered Behavior Technician and begin sessions. We’re excited to support your child’s progress!

1. Communicate openly with your therapists about your child’s needs, progress, and goals.
2. Collaborate on a consistent weekly schedule that supports regular attendance and fits your family’s routines and resources.
3. Treat staff and others with respect, creating a safe and positive environment for everyone.
4. Attend scheduled sessions and be in the home at all times (or another trusted adult), providing advanced notice whenever possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
5. Support home carryover by practicing strategies and activities recommended by your therapy team.
6.  Help create a calm, respectful environment during sessions so your child can fully engage and learn.
